Hey @oatmilkwhims,

 I do see a couple email replies back and forth over the past couple days here, where you clarified which platform you're playing on and an advisor replied with a verification code. 

I do see you've also sent that code back, so it seems those are being sent out and received correctly here. At this point it's just a matter of waiting for the next reply from the advisor.

If you'd prefer to try a different contact option, you can also speak with them directly over Twitter or Facebook instead.

  • Thank you! I didn't realise that they actually sent through, but thanks for letting me know.

    Another quick thing; Do you have set hours for live chat (GMT/BST Timezone) I can't seem to find the live chat option, and I've looked on other QnA's but can't find anything. I've checked every hour today and there's still no livechat option.

    That's strange you've not seen the option pop up! We don't have set hours as the availability of certain channels like live chat can shift a bit occasionally depending on your location and how many people we have available at any given moment.

    That can sometimes be affected by the specific subject you're choosing as well. Were you entering a different issue than the one you used to get that chat a couple days back, or have you been trying the same options without any luck?
  • I've tried a couple different options but live chat isn't available at all. It was briefly available for a couple minutes when I thought my issue had been resolved, but only half of it was resolved. Then the live chat option was no longer available. I want to use it seeing as its a faster way to solve the issue I'm facing, as my issue only takes a couple minutes to solve (I need one expansion pack updating to a 64-bit version)

    @oatmilkwhims  I see, thanks for clarifying.

    Are you seeing the same thing when using these options? I'm currently showing live chat as an option there. 

    Other than that, the Twitter or Facebook links in my earlier post would likely be the next fastest option if you have a Twitter or Facebook account.

    If not, it may be worth clearing your browser cache or using a different browser and trying again under the Origin > Mac > Missing content > Never received content options. I'm able to pull that up in one browser on my end but not another, strangely enough.

  • I've tried this and it still doesn't work. I'll try on twitter, thank you for your help and I'll get back to you if I'm successful or not.
