they are so unhelp. No one at EA has been helpful to me at any point in this process. ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH! the ToS team sent me an email basically saying yeah your account has been caught cheating, youre banned. i have open multiple case just the way you say and nothing is happening. i bought the battle pass for apex legends, played for four days and got banned. i thought EA was suppose to help their customers, not screw them over. what else am i suppose to do???? open more cases? call in to EA help who are no help and know nothing???? wait another month??????? you tell me.
