@AnaBanana33005 Please try doing a clean uninstall of Origin:
https://bluebellflora.com/how-to-uninstall-origin-on-a-mac/
Restart your computer, and download a new copy of the Origin installer. When you run it, be sure to give it all the permissions it requests.
Please also clear Safari's cache. With the browser open, click Safari in the upper left corner of your screen, then Preferences, then Privacy, click the Manage website data button, and wipe everything. (This will also wipe your active logins, just so you know.) Under Privacy, cookies and website data should be set to either "always allow" or "allow from websties I visit."
If that doesn't help, do another clean uninstall, create a new user account on your Mac, and install into that. Make it an admin account; the username should contain only letters and numbers, no special characters, symbols, etc.
@marturuffinatti I've merged your post into this thread, since the troubleshooting suggestions are the same. Please try the suggestions in post 2, and then in this post if the others don't help.
