Re: Origin servers temporarily unavailable

ugh same. it was working fine a couple hours ago but then when i tried to update it, it said i couldn't because i wasn't connected to wifi (i was.) so i deleted cache files (someone online told me to do this) and when that didn't work i downloaded this "reset origin" thingy and when i reset it, all my games were gone and it said something like "origin servers temporarily unavailable. apologies for the inconvenience we’re currently unable to retrieve your list of games. please reload and try again." so THEN i tried finding answers on what's going on but really couldn't find much. i tried everything i could think of. still isn't working ;( honestly really sad about it. not only because i can't play, but also because i spent sooo much money. sigh. hopefully it is fixed soon? doubt it :[

oh yes, and i even went to my finder, searched sims 4, clicked on the application (because i thought it might work that way), but then it took me right back to origin and told me i had to enter the "product code" as if i had just bought the game even though i've had it for three years now. even checked my old email for the "product code" but couldn't find it. if you fix yours or get help please tell me! i tried doing a live chat but it took forever so i just gave up.
