Re: Unauthorized Refund/Pack missing

I literally reported this to them 3 months ago, they "refunded" me, (but actually charged me again, i did not request refund). I have since still not received my games back. Even though i have now paid for them twice- they sorted this out and refunded the second payment and told me i'd receive my games back. Never did. And everytime i talk to customer service, its the same conversation over and over and no-body is any help!

    Yeah, good luck talking with EA about this. From what I heard through reddit posts, this isn't the first time this has happened (first recorded instance was apparently in 2016). You'd have a better chance at having Bethesda fix Fallout 76 before you get a definitive or remotely helpful response from EA.

    The thread is a "solved" thread, mostly because EA doesn't want to deal with the problem. Or maybe they did find a "fix" but never bothered to release any patch notes.
