Re: Unauthorized Refund/Pack missing
I literally reported this to them 3 months ago, they "refunded" me, (but actually charged me again, i did not request refund). I have since still not received my games back. Even though i have now paid for them twice- they sorted this out and refunded the second payment and told me i'd receive my games back. Never did. And everytime i talk to customer service, its the same conversation over and over and no-body is any help!
