Hi @890918520408 If you have a Paypal account you can bypass this problem by changing the payment method to Paypal.
On the PlayStation platform, it can be bypassed by purchasing from the PlayStation website, not directly from the device, or also through a Paypal account, by changing the payment method in the PlayStation without the need to open the PlayStation Online store.
As for Xbox, I haven't tried it
