I bought my daughter a ;The Sims 4 Bundle;, she already has the game and other add ons. I installed on my Origin account and not hers unfortunately. Seems hard to contact Origin or EA so hoping advice best way top swap to her account. Tried redeem code on her account but says already redeemed - thought I'd try anyway. It's a legit copy from a retailer (EB Games) but on wrong account.

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.

To speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat.

Thanks Darko, I have done as you listed but unfortunately says chat is closed. 9.30am here in Australia, I did try yesterday also but later in the day.
