i dont. how do i connect it?
Thanks for checking! It may already be connected with a different EA account instead- this is something we'll want the live support team to look into with you as we don't have access to these specific account details here on AHQ.
Please reach out to the live support team for more help on this through Twitter or Facebook here so they can verify if your Steam ID is already linked with another EA account or not. If you have any troubles getting through to live support there, be sure to let me know.

Apologies for the delay on this @Kitty_A3sthetic,
Currently Steam is not integrated with the EA App, so owned games through Steam will not appear for you in the EA App just yet- this is an issue we're tracking currently, you can keep up to date on this in the post here.

oh ok, is that why my code isnt working? do i have to wait till ithey fix it, or is it a different problem with my code. also im sorry if i sounded rude in the other message, i just became a bit upset over my code

It sounds like the code has been properly redeemed to your account, you just won't be able to access the DLC until Steam has been integrated with the EA App.

oh ok thank you for the help! if it still doesnt work, should i contact EA again?

Once Steam has been fully integrated with the EA App, if you're still not able to access your DLC, at that point please let us know and we'll definitely want to take another look with you 🙂

I'm so sorry if i come off as annoying, but i download the sims 4 for free through origin, would my save data from steam still be there, or will it treat it like two separate game/save files?

No worries, we're here to answer any questions you have 🙂
For The Sims 4, the save files are stored in the same user folder for both Steam and Origin so your save data will still be there.
- 3 years ago@EA_Solaire that means if i download the game through origin i should get my DLC AND keep my data?
- EA_Solaire3 years ago

That's correct, playing through Origin or the EA App should allow you to use the DLC and your save data instead of playing through Steam.

oh ok thank you!

Was the DLC purchased from Steam or Origin?
my high school year is the one i complained about and purchased through an origin code. thats the dlc i had a problem with. On steam i have the realm of magic dlc.

Since Steam is not yet integrated, Realm of Magic won't work for you just yet. Once Steam is fully integrated, you'll have access to all your DLC and the base game.
