i’m reposting this because the person that supposed to help me hasn’t responded since thursday. So i think a week or two ago i bought high school years, for the sims 4 on amazon, via a code in a box. I got the package, the code and i redeemed it. Origin told me to open the EA app to download it finally. So i had to exit origin and open EA. Then nothing happened. I’ve opened my game, no dlc. It’s been 2 weeks now and nothing happened. Is it because i bought sims 4 through steam? either way, please help me
