sims 4 wont open because it says im offline when i am online

@Rubyred44456237 Yesterday, there's an update on Origin. Have you updated to the latest version? Other than that, you can actually still be playing it offline (I play offline most of the time). Other than updating your Origin, you might want to try deleting the Origin cache (which includes in the bin too). Then, try log off & log in back. Or else, disconnected to your wifi then try log in to the Origin without going online & try launch the game again (this method will make you play the game offline).
