Hey @dingyaesthetics as I asked above, please do not post multiple times in a row as this can be considered spam.

I shared a number of steps above, in your posts you only mention being able to do one step as other links were not working. I want to ensure that you have done all the steps listed above, can you confirm that you have done each of the 6 different troubleshooting steps I posted?

Hey @dingyaesthetics my apologies I thought that I had previously asked you not to post multiple times in a row. As it stands, posting multiple times in a row is considered spam which is not allowed on AHQ. Going forward please do not post multiple times in a row.

In relation to getting my attention, there is no need to spam in order to get a CMs attention. Much like you, we don't work 24 hours a day and get time off for the weekend. If we don't reply straight away then it's best to give it some time as we see hundreds if not thousands of posts a day and it can take a little time for is to get back to you.

It's also important to remember that AHQ global community focused on players helping players.

Hey @dingyaesthetics, in my last response in this thread I asked you to try the troubleshooting and that we would take it from here. You never responded to that message till today.

As I have asked, when posting on AHQ please do so in a polite and constructive manner, calling out CMs, discussing moderation and making accusations are not allowed on AHQ and I understand that you are frustrated but would ask that you refrain from posting in such a manner.

The next thing to try is opening Origin, navigating to Origin settings and enabling Origin In-Game before testing your games again.

@EA_DarkoThat setting is already enabled, and there has been no change since then. I also had tried turning it off and launching my games with no change previously. What's your next step...?

Also, I had to remove my previous message to prevent getting flagged by spam by you but I posted at least 20 minutes after your original post but I'm not going to argue this with you. Because what matters is that you finally replied.

When you launch Origin on its own, does it launch correctly and are you only having this issue when using Steam and Epic games?

Have you also tried launching Epic Games, Steam and Origin as an administrator?

Another thing that you can try is creating a new administrator account on Windows, log into that and try launching the apps with the new admin account.

Could we first try creating a new administrator account to see what happens @dingyaesthetics?

Nothing changed.

Alright lets try something different then. 

• When you launch Origin on its own, do you get to see the same error message?
• Have you tried reinstalling the game that you want to launch through Origin?
• Does disabling the Origin overlay help?
• I am assuming that you don't get to see this error message through the Origin website?

@EA_JasonLaunching Origins by itself does NOT get me this error message; the message only occurs when launching from another software such as steam. Concomitantly, any game that I have exclusively on the origins client works fine and does not give me any error message.

Its possible I already did though I do not remember, but I did verify files however I will try that once I am home and will update my message with the result.

Disabling or enabling the Origins overlay does NOT change anything. I still get the same message.

Lastly, you would be correct, I do not receive this message on the website.

Edit:  Reinstalling my game did not work.

cant bump the forum post because its "spam". so i have to wait weeks instead for a reply. this is a joke. 

Apologies @dingyaesthetics, things got a bit busy. 

Could you also check if the Origin Background Services are running on Task Manager before you launch the game through Steam?

If not, then could you try testing first launching Origin and then your games through Steam. Another thing you can try is closing down all background services for Origin and the EA app and then only launching Steam and the game that you want to launch. 

Should it not work then we have gone through nearly all troubleshooting and you can reach out to our support team to check if they can log into your account. That way we can check if it is related to something on the account or on the PC.
