This purchase not appearing in your order history would suggest you may have multiple accounts. Order history would not be wiped just because you haven't played in a while, so this should still be available - we'd just need to figure out which account that was registered on originally.
Additionally, you mentioned you had purchased this back in 2018, but the account you're posting with wasn't created until a few years later, actually. So there's definitely another account out there where that purchase was made.
Do you recall any other emails or accounts you may have used in the past? I'd suggest trying to log in using any other emails you recall to see if there's an associated EA account.
If you can't recall or no longer have access to another account, it would be best to contact support directly so they can try to help track down the right account with you. I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to make any changes or discuss account details on the forums as they're publicly visible to everyone.
