Two Point Hospital - game is not playable

Hi

My Two Point Hospital game can be loaded however, nothing is happening in the game.

The patients are not moving, I cant build rooms, hire staff or do anything. Everything is empty, even the music is gone.

This happened after I encounter this error:

You're Currently in Windows Compatibility Mode: You are about to launch Origin in Windows Compatibility Mode. Please disable Compatibility Mode if you encounter any issues.

(This issue seems to be auto resolved when I launch Origin today as it did not show up as per last week)

I do not have any issues playing Sims 4 but Two Point Hospital suddenly failed to work. I have been playing it for some time without any issue.

I have tried disabling the compatibility mode, repairing, uninstall and reinstall the game, however nothing works.

I send an email to SEGA and was informed:

"The developers have identified a problem with the current game version on the Origin platform and are currently working on a solution together with Electronic Arts - the publisher of this platform, as you probably know. However, we do not yet have a confirmed time frame as to when this will be fixed.

We assume that an updated version of the game will be released on Origin shortly and can then be downloaded via the usual update process."

Please advise when the updated version will be release.
