Unable to play EA games online on Xbox

    Hey @TrapRat3, for issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

     

    The best thing I can recommend is to gather as much additional info as you can before speaking with our support team again. 

    If you are not able to verify that you are the account owner then I'm sorry to say but out team would be unable to make any changes or grant you access to the account.

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a chat or phone adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

I’m not sure how I can say this without sounding insensitive, but the EA advisors were not capable of understanding my situation. I’m not sure if I got a bad roll twice, but I was incapable of getting on the same page as the advisors. They treated me like someone who was trying to steal an account rather than a 20 year customer with a simple issue. I have never felt this disrespected by an organization. EA is the only company that blocks people from playing their games without an account. That’s scummy. Let me buy your games and play them on Xbox. I don’t want an EA play account I don’t want an EA account I don’t want you to have my email or my data. I just want to play your games

You force me to make an account to play your games then you disable that account randomly after 6 years and tell me that it’s my fault that I don’t remember the email. Absolute joke. Luckily I somehow remembered the old email I used that was made in 2005 and was able to recover my EA account without anyone’s help last night putting an end to this nightmare. 

One last note, I really never wanted to play EA games that bad. What good games do they make? Is EA respected in the community? Lol. It’s a joke. Madden is awful. Anthem, let’s not even talk about that. Other than buying up good games from small studios EA is absolutely worthless. What do you offer to the industry other than spewing out bad fifas and maddens? Joke of a company.
