Why i cant change my name

I cant change my name to Mufko i literally use it everywhere else even IRL my friends call my by that name but not on origin i cant rename myself...

    Hi @aiferees,

    That's ok, thanks for trying the steps. Sadly, there isn't any other way for you to get that username on the EA account if the system says no. That error message happens mostly because the name that is being entered in for updating is already taken by another EA account user, or because the security filter has flagged the name as inappropriate.

    In those scenarios, our support team wouldn't be unable to remove the name from another account, or manually force the name update through to get it passed our security filter either. I'd recommend trying a variation of that username to get something close to 'Mufko'.

    Hi @aiferees, 

    To update your profile username, try the following steps: 

    1. Go to your EA Account and Billing Settings.
    2. Click on the About Me tab. 
    3. Click Edit next to Basic Information to update your EA ID/Display Name
    4. Type in the verification code EA sends you to confirm your identity, then change away!

    Once those steps are complete the name should update to 'Mufko' if Mufko is free to use.

    Yeah im sorry to bother but it wont let me i tried for so many times already
