Ea wont do the work and keeps marking everything resolved. Im sorry but I have been doing this two weeks. You might not ever get it back
I’m not spreading misinformation (this is my backup account by the way). I have been trying to do everything these people are, with both of my accounts, and it isn’t working.
I have been trying to solve this issue for two weeks, and I have literally been treated like dirt. I am just trying to let people know what they are getting into.

What’s the point in saying it’s ‘fixed’ if it isn’t? I am having the same issue years later and it will say resolved after only 30 minutes but nothing changes
