why is EA marking my case as resolved?

I recently submitted a case about my FIFA 20 account being hacked which was fixed over live chat, but now I opened up another case for EA banning me from the transfer market but they keep marking the...

@EA_Darko He’s not lying lol. Mine was marked at ‘fixed’ today. I go on my account and the issue is in fact not ‘fixed’
What’s the point in saying it’s ‘fixed’ if it isn’t?
