Windows 10 and Origin

I have noticed on my other computer that installing windows 10 Will not always have all of my programs installed like steam i had to reinstall in windows 10 Im wondering will I have to reinstall org...

    When installing windows 10 origin for some people will not open initially this can the depend on the device but there is a solution... 

    1. first uninstall origin and any games you have on your computer 
    2. reinstall origin
    3. then go on to this website https://www.visualstudio.com/en-us and download community 2015
    4. then reinstall your games that are in my games in origin and they should work fine

    hope this helps this is what fixed it for me 🙂

Origin is NOT compatible with Windows 10. At least that's what my troubleshooter is telling me.

I can't get it work at all. Thinking I would have to reinstall it like anyone with a shred of common sense, I uninstalled it and initiated the reinstallation. It'll come up with the ToS, you click "okay" expecting it to take you to the installation wizard but it just minimizes itself and disappears. No error. No anything. It's not running "ghost" in the Task Manager and it's not in the systems tray. It's like I never even ran the program to begin with. I've searched and searched for a solution. Even asked a tech guy and he can't give me anything but the typical canned answer. It's not like there's anything he could do anyway. He fixes problems within his administrative power. Not make the program. Anyway, way to drop the ball EA corporate management. How can you expect to compete with Steam if it's not even Windows 10 ready? Oh well. Looks like I'm stuck playing Steam games and Emulators. =/

I have a Windows 10 that I play sims 4 off origin all the time now origin is acting up so it is compatible ish

    @LovelySimmer222hey I'm having some issues trying to get mine running on my Windows10. Tried downloading it but it's just not working sigh..

      I have the same issue. I get an error 14 code. It also says that I'm not connected to the internet, yet I'm connected to WiFi. I previously bought a sims game and had to get a refund. Today I activated an Origin account and it still says I'm not connected to the internet. I've had enough now. Why can't they just fix the damn origin app so people with windows 10 can play
