Xbox series X Apex legends voice in game chat not working

In game chat not working on my series X when playing apex. All in game chat on my other games works fine. Is this a known issue. This has been a problem for myself since I started playing again a wee...

If in an Xbox party can you chat?

@EA_Darko  It has been months since this has first been brought to your attention. When will this be fixed? I know this is not a localized issue pertaining to one single person and their Xbox.
