You must to contact the Asus Support.

They can only tell you , what BIOS types update need your machine.

JUST one thing. my dad wants to help me but he wants 100% "CONFIRMED" that it is the motherboard.
by CONFIRM i mean that you have done it and it sovled the problem. until then i still have the problem
