(8016) error code SPORE

Hello, I just got a new laptop with windows 10, and I downloaded spore via origin. when I click play I get the error: A required security module cannot be activated. This program cannot be executed...

im having the same problem but i have a ASRock z170  and im starting to get very frustrated with EA's customer "support"
