a required security module cannot be activated message when trying to open spore
keep getting the message - a security module cannot be activated this progam cannot be executed(6000) cant get onto spore at all, please help

I have the same problem.
After I richtclicked the Starter App, and chose to run the game in Windows 2000 compability, I'm able to run the game.
It seems to work better than before. (I'm using Windows XP on the old rig)
