Hello.
Recently, I decided to ask for a help from an EA game advisor again. He suggested tagging anyone of Community manager to this post.
I tried many things to resolve my problem (waiting, relogin, restart, cache clearing, getting another achievement). I have no idea what to do now.
Could you please help me with my issue?

Hi there, I have the same issue as you, and no EA game advisor was able to help me to any means. I tried exactly what you did, even reinstalling the game many times. The only temporarily fix I found is getting a new copy of the game. Did you find any solutions on your part since then? I know it's been a while, but I'm giving a shot.
