Add on troubleshooting, character unlocking

I recently purchased UFC 5 al fighter bundle (add on) on my playstation 5 using the same account that own the base game. The add on contains is unlocking in the game.

Troubleshooting Attempts:

1. Restored licenses on PlayStation.

2. Reinstalled the game and the add-on.

3. Checked the PlayStation account to confirm it is the correct one.

4. Verified the game is updated to the latest version.

5. Ensured my EA account is linked to my PlayStation account.
