Adding "Dr. Pepper" Bots Pack Badge to Profile

Hello, I have recently started playing Spore again and was hoping to get the Bots Pack Badge added to my profile. I was trying to follow the steps of contacting EA Support, but I could not find a "Codes & Promotions" option or anyway to contact them directly. My Spore profile is ThePyro5.
