are my refund take time to get my money back

hi i bought battlefied 3 then i asked for refund because the game was not working then i manged to get it work so i canceled the refund 
i was checking now and i found out that the refund was accepted Even though I canceled the case and the money didnt come back yet and in order history it says processing 
does it take long to refund my money ?
and my credit card is not connected to my account how can the money be refunded
sorry if my questions are stupid but its my first time buying games with credit card
