Are the spore servers still up in 2020?
I cannot login to my Spore account, the error that it shows is that there is either a problem with the spore servers or my internet, my internet is fine. So are the spore servers still working in 202...

never mind. I don't recall my gog purchase mentioning that I should then find my activation codes, but the gog help forum did, so all good now
I am having the same problem. I can log in on a web browser but cannot log in in game. I also purchased from GOG. (I have a disk somewhere from a long time ago) I have an EA spore account already but cannot use them in game. I even reset my password via the webpage to make sure.
