Bejeweled Blitz problem

I have been having issues with Bejeweled blitz for 6 months now the main screen is saying Whoops, we encountered a problem. You can not see the leaderboard and after each game you have to reload. You can not buy any 2nd or 3rd rare gems in the game. Which I had a lot of rare gems and now I am down by a lot. I play the game on Facebook my  user id is 100000649848620 . The game was suppose to go down for maintenance on the 29th of May and it never happened. You can play the blitz champions fine no issues there which I don't understand why.  I also wanted to know if you can replace all of the rare gems that I lost because of the way the game is playing. I lost about 10 each of the rare gems I had especially the turtle, pine cone and the blue ice cream cone I think the is what it is. I have been playing this game since 2010 and never had a problem like this before, if the game was having issues it went down for maintenance. I only play this game on a desktop computer. Please help. Thank you

  • I have had leaderboard problems since the end of February. I can only use rare gems once. At least everything still loads.

     

  • My Blitz Champions game just froze mid game & my leaderboard has no issues. Are they purposely not taking care of this game? They seem to only respond to their paid games. I know there's not much traffic like before
