Hello I am trying to get in touch with support to get a disabled account unlinked. I've tried numerous round abouts on their help pages. The ai chat bot doesn't let me talk to support as it says I have to talk to support. As so it won't let me link my Xbox account.....

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble contacting EA Help. What product and subject are you selecting when trying to contact support? Usually, picking the options "EA Account" and "I want to update my EA account information" will give you the option to contact support via chat.

I’ve tried this many times over the last few days. Every time I try to contact support via chat, it’s asked for the platform, and a subject line with attachment options. When I send, it takes me back to Home Screen. I have not received any support back, not through my ea account or my email. I also submitted a case that hasn’t been responded to. I just keep reaching out with nothing coming back.
