Hi there,
When exactly are you being prompted to refresh? Could you please share a screenshot of the message and let us know which troubleshooting steps you've tried so far?

Bejeweled Blitz keeps refreshing in the middle of the game. I lose points, coins and rare gems. I lose everything when playing with a friend in party mode. You have to refresh the page and start over. I have cleared cache (desktop), tried different browsers (Edge, Google, Duck Duck Go), checked task manger. This is frustrating and I am wondering how long it's going to take to be fixed. This only happens on Bejeweled Blitz. No other pages refresh at the same time the game does. Sometimes it tells me I've lost my internet connection. And that is not the case.

I sent a screen shot (below). Contacted ISP, reset router, reinstalled windows 11, cleared cache, contacted maker of Wi-Fi chip, contacted computer manufacturer. I've done more work that one person should have to do to fix your problem. If this is a problem on the server end, is it ever going to be fixed?

I'm having a similar experience, I can't even get my game to load at all, no error code. It just says there's a problem on their end. I even purchased the game a second time, same issue and it's getting frustrating. I've been dealing with this over a year and would sure like to know when or if it's ever going to be fixed. These games cost too much not to be able to even play them and I can't seem to get any help from anyone.
