BF1 Dissappeared from Game Library

Hello,

I have been playing BF1 regularly for years. Today, after trying to log on I was unable to get online. 

I closed the game and tried to re-open it, only to be told that my game ownership was disabled or deleted. When I restarted the app the game was no longer in my library. It is still downloaded on my system however. 

There doesn't seem to be anything about this online in regards to a solution. Could someone help?
