BOUGHT the same game twice and cant get a refund for the game anymore

I find it so hard to find the information I’m looking for, I just want to get my money back for the game when I have bought it 2 times and the same game, tried getting a refund but it doesn’t let me 

IS There i can chat to a worker, i find it imposible to find something 

I am in the same boat, It was a total accident. I have been trying for a hour, I can get to the refund page. But it tells me I don't have any orders that are eligible. So Now out double, I wanted to splurge and now I regret buying.
