Cannot Log into Spore, No invoice due to age of purchase
Hello,
I cannot log into the Spore servers anymore. I own it on Steam - and I have owned it for over 10 years! I used to be able to run the game fine. Then linked it to origin and could run it just fine. With the change to the EA app, I can no longer log into the game. Because I bought this game 10 years ago, Steam does not have the invoices available. I have the transaction in my purchase history on steam. I keep repeatedly getting sent to the "provide proof of purchase" website by customer support, but because I cannot provide the email receipt for the game IN ADDITION to the transaction history for the game I've owned for 10 years, the reps I have spoken to will not link my game to my migrated account. Can someone advise me what to do? I've gone through Steam support as well. I just want to be able to play this game.
