Can't connect account. Bought From EA!

Hello! I bought spore from EA today and can't connect to my account? I initially bought the game and all expansions from steam and couldn't connect. I fought with the EA customer support for 2 hour...

    I am having the exact same issue as you. Did you do anything like contacting the EA support? I still haven't been able to connect to the online features.
