Funny, Its been 6 years since this post and I am have the exact same problem

- @welshdrag0n2004 support doesnt give me any answer . for some reason live chat support option dissapeared for me and i keep getting "hi im ______ " emails from different advisors that dont reply back to the first message they reached out lol :l
