Can't login with ea account
I'm trying to login to the companion app but i'm logged in with my dads old work email that he doesn't have access to. He can't remember the password and he can't check it with use of the "forgot password" Features. Is there a way to get the password for example to his phone?

Unfortunately, there isn't a way for you to sort this on your own without access to the email on the account. You'll need to get in touch with our support team directly and provide the account information they may ask for to get passed the account security stage. Once they can verify your dad owns the account, they'll be able to help him update the email and receive a password reset link.
