Can't register with my origin account

So on the first screen you're asked to register, but the form does not accept my email address as it contains a + sign. That is a valid email address though. Is there a config file or register field...

    @gunnar_ronald 

    No, special characters may not be permissible in your email address. 

    As you are having an issue with this specifically, you will need to use another email address.
