Cant start the game on PC

I can't start my game properly. After a short while it keeps crashing and I've already downloaded the game 3 times

What game are you referring to rezzy_119 and on what platform?

Do you see an error message of any kind when you cannot launch it?

no i dont get any message i just get a black screen and then im back on the desktop

and its a bug only on that account so my brother cant play on my acc aswell he tryed it once EA_Darko
