C&C Remastered: Red Alert - EA, we need answers!

C&C Remastered: Red Alert will not launch games from the game lobby.  We haven't been able to play for about 2 weeks now.  Can someone at EA please give us some information on why the game won't laun...

EA Sports has NOT responded to ANY of our concerns on this issue.  We are now 4 weeks in and the technical issues continue.  I will reiterate that the issue is on EA sports end, not the users end.  Every user is experiencing the same issue with matches not launching.
