I am writing to formally request assistance with a persistent issue regarding my inability to connect to EA servers, a problem I have encountered since 2021. Despite resetting my password and previously submitting a help ticket, the issue remains unresolved.
Currently, I am receiving a message stating "Linked Accounts Found," which is preventing me from accessing online features. This is particularly frustrating as I have paid full price for several titles—including Madden and NHLand have had to rely on manual workarounds just to use them. I am now at a crossroads with Battlefield 6, which I am unable to play at all.
According to my records, I have only one EA account associated with my email address [[edit: email address removed]], which should be linked to my PlayStation Network ID. However, your system's error message suggests a conflict with other accounts that I do not have access to or knowledge of.
Could you please investigate my account and clarify which specific accounts are linked to my email? I would like to have any unauthorized or duplicate links removed so that I can finally use the products I have purchased.
