Creations not appearing in My Spore Creations folder

Lately when I save a new creation, it appears normally in game but there is no png file saved in the My Spore Creations folder. I have the disk version of Spore with GA and Creepy and Cute installed, and I am using Windows 7. I don't have the original Spore disk so I can't reinstall Spore if I uninstall it. Can anyone help me out with this?
