Someone on that forum has the exact same problem as me, but no answer has been given. I've already done the registry thing and done a complete uninstall of Spore and the dlc. Also, if it clears anything up, I bought Spore and the dlc on Steam in a bundle.
I don't know what you could still do! An incompatibility does not exist between your hardware!
What happens if you delete the Graphic Cache in Spore, try this one > https://forum.spore.com/jforum/posts/list/4721.page

It doesn't matter all that much. I can still have fun in Spore without it, I just thought it would be nice to make a Sporecast.
