Date release check failed

Hi I have bought Alice madness return pc disc to play on my computer, I’ve installed with no problem but when I click on play it give me a  error message release date check failed! What can I do to sort this problem?? Please help me

    I'm sorry to hear you're unable to play Alice Madness Returns. You mentioned you purchased the game on disc. Have you redeemed the code on the EA app yet?

    Hi, I’ve had the same issue, got the pc disc which required a check release date issue and didn’t work so redeemed code on EA app but still won’t play at all, help

    Hey Bungqpr​, after redeeming the code on the EA app and downloading the game, do you get the exact same error message when trying to launch it?
