Please bring back Command and Conquer
Hello EA Team, I have been a fan of the Command & Conquer series for many years, particularly the Tiberium storyline. One of the things that has always fascinated me is the unresolved Scrin storyline from Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars. The game suggested that the force defeated on Earth was only a small harvesting expedition, leaving open the possibility of a much larger Scrin invasion in the future. I wanted to share that I would be very interested in seeing the Tiberium universe revisited someday, whether through a new game, a remaster with additional content, or another project that explores what a full-scale Scrin invasion would look like. I know there may be no plans to continue the story, but I wanted to express my appreciation for the Command & Conquer franchise and let you know that there are still fans who are passionate about the Tiberium universe and its unfinished storylines. Def Jam fight for NY
I have a request that im 1000% sure im not alone in wanting. I request you make the long awaited and desired def jam fight for ny video game. I have multiple reasons as to why it should be done. I understand there is a crap ton of "red tape" you have to deal with when making something of this magnitude. It's **bleep** near impossible on paper to even do or even waste precious company money and time to create. But put that aside for a moment while I explain. The fans want this more then the company does. The fans need this and this wonderful company was created to clearly create memorable games. The original 2 games made back in early 2000s had alot of issues but I cant find one person who ever played the game to not want to play a new version of it now. The amount of content that could be put into the game itself is enough to make all gamers go crazy just over the game trailer if done correctly. The fact that its 2026 and the selection of pure good video games is slim now. The podcasters who game even more then I do agree with me in that instance. I assume the amount of money and contracts needed to sign or whatever would be the main reason as to why the game cant be done. BUT just for a moment try to picture if there was a way to make it possible to create a new version of this game and it not cost you everything to make. I literally can see the profits coming in so heavily if this game is given the love it needs. Im positive this isn't the first post to suggest such a thing. If you wont even consider anything im saying just ask yourself this one question. What is the point of this company if not to make games that the fans request? You work to make us happy consumers and make profit yourselves right? Well show me this would cost you more then it would make you and I will agree and let the whole idea go for good. Otherwise like I suggested before, make this for us please. The amount of rappers to be included would break the game and profits I promise you.
Bringing back a forgotten gem: Medal of Honor
Dear EA Team, I know this might sound crazy, but it has been a long time since we last saw a tactical first-person shooter with this level of potential. Yes, I am talking about the ultimate underrated gem in your history: Medal of Honor: Warfighter. While critics back then claimed the campaign was lacking or the multiplayer was buggy, the truth is that time has been kind to this game. Today, there is a massive, dedicated core of players who truly appreciate its unique mindset, the raw gunplay, and the authentic military feel. We are all out here asking for one thing: a comeback. A revival, a proper remaster, or even a brand-new entry in the series built with that exact same philosophy would be incredible. We know Battlefield is your main focus now, but the classic Medal of Honor vibe was something entirely different—something irreplaceable. You might not agree right away, but the community is still here, waiting. Please, bring back Medal of Honor. Best regards.

The latest update is supremely awful. I don't know who came up with the idea, but he/she 100% did not process this fully. Small cities are not affected, unlike huge cities (600k-1 million). I hope to God that the devs are working on a fix (either massively buffing the facilities or lowering the demands from the buildings or both) because no veteran likes this update. This update forces players to use expansions to build facilities instead of neighbourhoods. I had to waste two whole expansions (last photo) to cover the demand for water and electricity (the rest are still to be done).
NHL Mobile
Hello, I have a question. When will NHL Mobile be released? As a person who loves and follows hockey, I would really like to play NHL Mobile, because I don't have the opportunity to purchase a PlayStation 5 or Xbox to play NHL. Therefore, I would like to see NHL Mobile finally released after so many years. I would also like to have other world leagues besides the main hockey league of the world, such as: KHL, Sweden, Finland, Russian, Czech, American hockey leagues and so on. At least the two largest leagues in the world: the NHL and the KHL. Please take a note and start working on the game. I'm sure that I'm not the only one who will be happy about the release of NHL Mobile.Refuse to help me with unlinking a dead EA account from my Microsoft account.
Have been trying to unlink my Microsoft account from an old EA account that I do not have access to - have provided support with old number, email, address, birthday, and said I’d answer the security questions just to be told that I have to do the pop up that they’ve sent me when I do not have access to it. Told me nothing else they can do. So all the games I just paid for on Xbox I can’t play! Love it! Garbage company, garbage support. Wouldn’t expect anything else.
Average Wait Time For EA Help Chat?
I have been trying to contact the EA help chat for 2 days now and haven't been able to contact a real person due to the obscene wait times. I've only apparently had someone join the chat hours after the chat allegedly started I don't have the free time to wait 2-3 hours to receive help for a problem that could easily be solved over email or a simple phone call. Which is horrible but I could cope with it if the alert email that is sent when an agent connects to your chat actually sends when the agent connects and not AFTER they time out the chat and leave. Is this just the status quo for wait times now? attached are the 2 chat transcripts
