I have buy the dlc of the game spore in ea app I have the game on steam
Hello EA community, I have a small problem. I bought the Galactic Adventure DLC for Spore on the EA App, formerly known as Origin. Here's the thing: I have the base game on Steam. My question is, if I download the DLC on Origin and the base game on Steam, can I play the DLC on Steam? I've heard that thanks to a new policy it might be possible, but I'm not sure. I recently started to play Plants vs Zombies GardenWarfare 2 once again. I decided to buy a humongous coin pack because I wanted new characters to play as. It seems that purchases still go missing, as I have yet to receive what I’ve paid for. I contacted EA help, talked to an advisor and still haven’t received any resolution. If anyone knows what I can do I’d appreciate the assistance.
Mirror's Edge: Catalyst Unplayable
Hi! The game Mirror's Edge: Catalyst has a critial game bug due to servers being shutdown. The game is in infinite loading screen due to a bug in the game when servers were shutdown. The only fix is blocking the game via firewall. But even then the game doesn't save progress and resets to start of the game on each boot making game saving impossible and therefore making the game unplayable. I have the game on Steam and many other people have this issue as well. The game will literally sit at this loading screen forever. And no it's not my pc. I have: Ryzen 9 9950X3D 64GB G.Skill 6000mhz amd expo ram. AMD RX 9070 XT Nitro+ I also have a spare pc and the issue is the same on that pc as well. Please fix this EA.I don't have access to email because it was School email
Just like the title say I am trying to change my email but I can't because the email I used was my school email which automatically closed when I graduated. Because of this I can't do anything. And if your wondering my full name is my school email so I can show my ID to prove I use to have access to the account How do I change my email address. Its also trying to send a code to the email but like I said no access.Spore DLC's are not redeemable in EA
I bought Spore and it's DLC's from steam but can't get access to my CD keys to redeem in EA store. I did got help for Spore base game and it is now activated in my EA account. But DLC's unfortunately are still not activated. Also I am having trouble using Bot Parts Pack DLC online, it was an promotional one that can be earned from can of Dr. Pepper during 2010. However since then the Spore Bot Parts files are officially made public and I downloaded them. But I can't use them online unless I have a badge for it on my spore profile, is there a way to get that badge so I can use them in online play? I do have proof of purchase for Spore and it's DLC's. I'm including that as a screenshot, there is also confirmation e-mail however I don't feel like putting that in a forum since it contains my billing address.PSN linked to random EA account
Hello everyone, I’m looking for advice or escalation help regarding my PSN account being hacked and linked to someone else’s EA account. Background: My PSN account was compromised. The hacker linked MY PSN to their own EA account. I contacted EA support and explained the situation. The EA advisor asked me to go through the account recovery process for the hacker’s EA account, but all the details required are related to the hacker, not me. I can’t provide information about an account I’ve never owned. My Concerns: The only recovery process EA support has offered is for an account that was never mine. I don’t understand how my PSN could be linked to someone else’s EA account without my consent. I want to escalate this because I believe there may be a security loophole or an error in the account linking process. What I Need: A way for support to verify my ownership of the original PSN account instead of details about the hacker. Steps to escalate this matter within EA or PlayStation support so that I can regain control or have my accounts unlinked. Advice from others who may have faced a similar issue. Anthem taking forever to launch
Hey all! Just recently I have encountered an issue where Anthem takes around 5 minutes to open (after pressing play from EA) to then sit at a black screen in windowed mode for around another 5 minutes, finally I get onto the main menu (fullscreen) only to press [space] to play, where it stutters my pc and the game (audio bugs out, game freezes) for it to continue loading. Finally after all that it starts loading normally, only to bring me back to the main menu, saying I lost connection. If you need additional info lmk cause I have tried every fix under the sun and nothing is working.
