Mirror's Edge Catalyst Platinum
As it's been known, the platinum for Mirror's Edge Catalyst has been unobtainable due to the servers shutting down a few years ago. The two trophies that make the platinum unobtainable are User Generated Finisher - Complete a User Generated Time Trial and You Can’t Keep Me Down - Get yourself to a user created Beat L.E. It HAS to be possible to delete these two trophies so players can get a platinum. Or maybe replace the two with non-online features trophies. I understand this is a big ask, EA, but this should be affecting every platform for Mirror's Edge Catalyst so players can get their platinum trophy. I'm messaging about the decision to block the development of 'Alice: Asylum', and the mismanagement around the first game in the series 'Alice'. I wrote to EA support and they advised me to post it here, so here we are. 'American McGee's Alice' is one of the greatest games of all time, and is arguably the best adaption of 'Alice in Wonderland' ever made. The fact that we were denied the completion of the trilogy and saw the first game languish as abandonware for so many years without a playable modern release is one of the greatest affronts to art in the 21st century. It's as if Peter Jackson's 'Return of the King' had been scrapped, and the 'Fellowship of the Ring' became lost media due to negligence. If there is any justice in this world, McGee (or the 'Alice' community) should be allowed to complete the third game and the whole series should get a definitive release so that it is preserved conclusively for future generations. This is not just a video game. It's a powerful and culturally important work of fiction which respects and expands upon the themes of the source material in symbolically meaningful ways. It elevates the original books in the way that 'Apocalypse Now' did to 'Heart of Darkness'. It feels good to know that there are still fans of the series making content and keeping the 'Alice' community alive. I'm grateful for their efforts, and hope that one day this trilogy will get the proper closure it deserves. As it stands though, this seems like a fool's hope. Instead, we get 'spooky gothic Alice in Raid: Shadow Legends'. Most everyone's mad here... In conclusion, EA Games are sitting on a masterpiece and preventing millions of people from being able to enjoy it. It is unfair to block the development of a third 'Alice' game ('Alice: Asylum') when thousands of fans are calling out for a conclusion to the franchise [1, 2]. The fact that a version of Alice clearly inspired by American McGee's vision recently appeared in 'Raid: Shadow Legends' (and was well received) shows that there is still public appetite for this kind of content and that a 3rd game would make financial sense. Please release the IP either to American McGee himself, or to the wider 'McGee's Alice' community so that they can develop the final game. In addition, the original 2000 game should be given an official remaster/re-release so that it can be played on modern systems. tldr; Give the creators permission to conclude the 'Alice' trilogy!Solved1.6KViews6likes6CommentsThe Simpsons Game 2007
I had this game on the Xbox 360 when I was younger and it was always such a great time. I believe it was a two player (or solo) game. I would play it with my friend or sibling and I swear it never got boring. I've mentioned this game to multiple people and they never know what I'm talking about. But this game was so good :(. I remember the first level being in like chocolate land as Homer. And the very last level that signified you beat the game was like Guitar Hero against God. It was amazing. It's only on the older consoles now. They need to remake/remaster this game on the new consoles and PC. It was so legendary and I think that now at 20 years old, this game would keep me so busy. Does anyone else remember this game??45Views1like1CommentPVZ2 Return player
I’m a returning player of Plants vs Zombies 2 on Android, and I’m currently having trouble recovering my old progress. I already tried binding/logging into my account (the one I used before), but my saved game progress is not loading from the cloud. Instead, it just starts a fresh game. It also seems like my current GAME ID is not connected to my old progress at all. I attempted to contact EA Help through a live agent, but after the session ended, I didn’t receive any case number or email confirmation. Is this normal? I’m worried my request didn’t actually go through. Has anyone experienced something similar? *Account login works but progress doesn’t sync *GAME ID appears different or unlinked *No case number after contacting support If so, how did you resolve it? Did you need your old Player ID or purchase receipts? Any advice would be appreciated. I’d really like to recover my old account. Thanks in advance!51Views0likes1CommentTHE SIMS MEDIEVAL
I’m hoping someone here has dealt with this before. I purchased the limited edition disc version of The Sims Medieval when it first released. It installed directly from the disc and originally just prompted you to register the game on The Sims website. It didn’t require Origin at the time. Years later, I was still able to play it through Origin, which was the last time the game worked for me. Since Origin was replaced by the EA App, I haven’t been able to launch or access the game at all. I still have the physical disc and the product key, and I paid for the game legitimately. It’s frustrating to lose access to something I bought just because the platform changed. Has anyone found a way to get the disc version recognized in the EA App or otherwise get the game running again? Any help would be appreciated because I’d really like to play the game I paid for. The latest update is supremely awful. I don't know who came up with the idea, but he/she 100% did not process this fully. Small cities are not affected, unlike huge cities (600k-1 million). I hope to God that the devs are working on a fix (either massively buffing the facilities or lowering the demands from the buildings or both) because no veteran likes this update. This update forces players to use expansions to build facilities instead of neighbourhoods. I had to waste two whole expansions (last photo) to cover the demand for water and electricity (the rest are still to be done).127Views1like3CommentsServices 0.2 SimcityBuiltit
Dear developers of this amazing game. I have been playing SimcityBuiltit for almost 10 years now. This means I have seen everything comming and changing. Some updates and changes were good, some were ok, and some are extremly disapointing. The good updates were the updates that gave more land, new areas. Ok updates is trains and space. Though trains is very much pussed. The worst update is services 0.2. Why 0.2 because this goes back in time. My perfect working cities. Main 7.8 milion, others 14 milion people. 99/100% happy. Everything working. Only 2 areas where there is land available for new buildings. Now happines 11/58% and I have to spend aproximately 20 milion Neo to get all the services upgraded. Yes I only use omega for services. I get on average 50k Neo a day. For the next 400 day's I will be busy upgrading services. Bye fun, bye lovely game. Thank you very very much again for the great 0.2 update. Hope you come with a solution. Tearing down the city to get services working again is not a solution! Spending a lot of real money to fix what you distroyed is also not an option! You have to come with a solution!101Views1like3CommentsCFB 26 Ultimate Team
I’m just confused as to why I would spend my money with you guys (over $100 so far) in order to get in-game currency to buy packs, to build my ultimate team. Then when I go to do ultimate team challenges, I can’t even use my ultimate team in some of them? Sounds like you guys are scamming your customers once again. If I’m playing ultimate team, I should be playing with my ultimate team that I paid money for. This is the last title I’ll be purchasing and or spending any money on micro transactions for. I’ll never understand the need for greed in a corporate setting such as this. All you want is our money you’re not here to actually create a game and updated properly based off of community input. Most of the challenges have been bugged since release and it’s been 9 months without a patch. What are you guys even doing there? You’re clearly not doing anything with battlefield either so I’m just confused as to why you guys are making so much money off of people and ripping off your customers and expecting us to continue to buy your extremely poor projects year after year?23Views0likes0Comments
