Does anybody had the same problem?

I have two Battlefront II accounts, one on Steam, and one on EA App. I've linked my EA account to my Steam account, and now I can only access my Steam Battlefront II account, even when I launch Battlefront II on EA App, game launches from Steam. Does anybody had the same problem? When I will unlink my Steam, will I get my EA App Battlefront II account back?
