EA App doesnt let me install a game (Mirrors edge)

I tried downloading the game a few months ago and it said i needed to add a key for it (even though i own it and have played it many times before) now i get "You dont have access: We've canceled the download because you dont own this game. To play, go to the Game Hub to get the game.". Well the game is shown as owned so thats not an option and also i have the purchase in my history so i have definitely bought it. I can find how to get support from the ea support. Anyone can help me?
