EA does not reply, Awful Costumer Service, 2 days waiting for a Live Chat

I´ve bought Spore at the Origin Store, downloaded it, but it won't work, and actually none of the advice given in your page works... So I tried contacting an EA Game Advisor, but for my surprise, it does not have a Live Chat for this kind of problems... but it does if you have any problems purchasing anything from them, to explain my self better, if EA have problems getting your money, they will enable the Chat with an EA Game Advisor, BUT, if you have ANY problems AFTER PURCHASING anything, well buddy, good luck.... So, I did what I thought was the best, getting a Live Chat for Purchasing/Billing problems, but I STILL haven´t got any answer from them IN 2 (TWO) DAYS (48hs)..

PLEASE PEOPLE FROM EA, BETTER YOURSELVES, RAISE ABOVE THIS SH·$%Y PROBLEM AND GET YOUR CLIENTS THE RESPECT THEY DESERVE.. I´VE PAID; SO I WANT TO PLAY MY NEW GAME WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS, OR GET MY MONEY BACK.. REMEMBER, I PAID MONEY FOR THIS AND I HAVE THE BILL..........
