EA help have prevented me from reaching support
Hii. One week ago i had an issue with my season pass not appearing in eafc25. An advisor advised me to unlink osn account and relink. I had two psn accounts linked since i created my account in 2008. Unlinked both then tried to relink main. Erro saying ea account is linked to the other psn account and i caanot have more than 1.
Reached support and opened a case. Contacted them many times. It has been a week already no solution. Now on that account i don't see chat button which most likely due to them preventing me from chat since i can reach them on other accounts (when i do they ask me to contact them to that shadow banned account to help me with case otherwise no lol) i have more than a thousdand hours in game and have been locked out of it for a week and i see no solution. This company has outsourced support to very terrible employees too. Unable to help on most times.
I don't know what to do now. I cam reach them on other ea accounts but they would not help and ask me to use the ea account they shadow banned to reach lol. I deleted cach used different browsers etc. This is bs.
