File Dumping issue

Can anyone help me with this issue. Whenever I run the game the dumping file happens as in the picture and I did make a case on EA to get help but none of the tips work so I post here to hopefully have this issue solved. Also here is where the dumping file is located. The file I send below is the one that made my game unable to run so I hope someone can get rid of it for me. Thank you !!!
