Game code won't let me play a game I own
So I bought Spore quite a while ago. the CD ROM version!!
I used it on an older laptop that was great! Until it died it's own way and was unrecoverable...And now I have a new laptop.
Well, I go to use the code and lo and behold it said its already been redeemed....Because of my older laptop.
Anywhere I look says to contact EA games but then their AI bot chat says to contact the retailer store?
NO. I own the game, let me have it back and have EA games install it for me? How can I get my game to be re-installed without buying a new copy?

if you'd already installed the game before, it's connected to an EA Account already - if it doesn't let you play it now, it simply means that you're logged into a different EA account and not the one that you originally played it on.
Please try to find the login data of the original EA account and use those to log in - you should be able to play the game then.
